Massage that Helps You Heal

Services

Therapeutic

Bodywork that uses the fascial and meridian lines to restore posture.  I work directly with the tissue to unstick, and free restrictions. My goal is to not chase the pain but address the root of the problem.

Mat

Thai massage, dubbed the lazy man’s yoga, is on the matt clothed. This 2,500 year old modality combines assisted yoga with acupressure techniques and tissue manipulation. I have more access to the whole body with this format, and it allows me to stretch, release, unwind and rejuvenate the body.

Brittany McNair has been practicing massage since February 2019. She is a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts and Baan Hom Samunphrai School in Chiang Mai Thailand. Check out her bio for more information by clicking below.

TESTIMONIALS

  • “Brittany is both intuitive and informed. She works with several modalities in her practice and her dedication for her craft shows.Through working with Brittany over the years, she has not only relieved acute pain, she's helped me to better understand the sources of it. She gives me the tools and insight on how to move in the world in a way that is more supportive of my body. I highly recommend working with Brittany.”

  • "I am pleased to write this testimonial for Ms. Brittany McNair! I have been going to her for massages for nearly two years. I have known many great therapists, but she seems to have an additiomal dimension. Some sort of intuition. I always feel great after a treatment with her and have purchased gift certificates for over ten people!"

    -Dan Dickason

  • "I cannot recommend Brittany enough! She has a warm and supportive energy that always makes me feel comfortable receiving bodywork and communicating my needs. I love that she is trained in a variety of modalities, especially those that focus on realignment of the fascia. Her touch is intuitive and I always leave her office feeling lighter and more fluid in my body."
